Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England

John is thorough, knowledgeable and was extremely committed to getting the best offers for us. I highly recommend John as a strong, dedicated agent.

John went way above and beyond supporting me through selling my home and buying my new home. He was very knowledgeable about the market and answered all of my questions as we went through many, many homes. He doesn't live close by, but was always willing to drive and meet me even if the house was out in the woods. John does A LOT of behind the scenes work that we will never know, but with all of that said, i was able to see my home to a couple out of state and find my new home! I would highly recommend John to any of my friends and family!

Jay did an excellent job for us! He was very responsive and took care of every detail. We asked many questions, and he was very patient with us. He also had great recommendations for an inspector and painter. We will recommend his services to everyone.

Jay has been one of the most personable agents that I have worked with. Actually, I sought him out because he was selling a neighbor's home, and I liked how thorough he was--very caring and easy to work with, yet not pushy like most are. I would definitely recommend Jay to a friend or family member. Thanks for being caring throughout this process, as it was a very delicate time for me.

John is the best. Super helpful and knowledgeable. As the first time homebuyer, he was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. He helped me locate a lender, an attorney and had resources to assist with locating people for home inspection, water testing, and well inspection. He was always eager to see any property I was interested in with a very little notice. Was able to get me into the house I ultimately purchased before anyone else was able to even see it. Like I said, it'll be kidding. John is simply the best you couldn't find a better person to help you find your new home.
