We had talked to several agents when we decided to sell our house and we decided to go with Angie. Her market analysis was top notch and she listened to our thoughts when we decided on a selling price. She was always in contact through texts and emails about similar houses coming on the market and any other information we might need to know, but not in a pushy way. Most of all we just liked Angie as a person and how she approached selling the home, and how we did not need to worry about the details because she was always on top of it. We loved working with Angie and highly recommend her.

Angie listened to everything we said we were looking for in a home. She was such a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable about the area. She was available for questions any time and such a pleasure to work with. We not only have a great new home, but a new friend too!!

One year ago we sold our house in Montana with Angie Killian as our listing agent. She was soooo helpful from start to finish. Once on the market we had multiple listings immediately and the house sold in 2 days! Susanne was a huge blessing to us. We were looking to quickly get into a market through acquiring a manufactured home and at our very first stop with her to look at a place to move to our desired location, we thought we had a range for what it would take to move the home and we were not even close, even though we had an estimate from a local mover. There was a whole bunch of things that was not even considered in our estimate and some risks etc. She explained all of this too us, and then we were off to the next site. 2 sites later we found a place that was a perfect fit for our immediate needs. It was a Saturday and she got a mortgage broker on the phone and we started the process right then and there before lunch. We got the preliminary approval we needed within a couple days and with other interested buyers she stayed on top of it and got our offer in first and it was accepted in less than a day. By the following Tuesday afternoon we had a signed contract. We have not closed yet that is a few more weeks out but she is still staying right on top of things making sure we are getting all the pieces done that need to be done.
