Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate

My husband and I recently moved across the state. John Rice was our realtor and helped us find the perfect home . From start to finish, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about John. -From the beginning, he was incredibly easy to contact. He always responds promptly to phone calls, emails, text messages. You always know you can get hold of him to answer any questions you may have. -John was incredibly flexible when working with us. We have small children and work demanding jobs, and he was always able to schedule showings for us that would fit our crazy schedule. (For example, we drove in from out of town and saw 8 houses in one day on a sunday). -John is incredibly knowledgeable and has great expertise in his field . He knows his stuff when it comes to finding a good house in the right neighborhood that works for you/your family and is also a good investment. His expertise goes far beyond that however, as he was also able to connect us with the best bankers, title company, home inspectors etc (the list goes on). -Even after we closed and moved into our house, John has still been happy to help connect us in the community and help us find any services we need. -No matter what ait was, what we needed, or when we needed it, John got it done 100% of the time. We would not hesitate to use him again, and will be referring him to our friends in the future.

John is a delightful person to work with ! He was our realtor when we bought the condo 21 years ago and again this past spring when it was time to sell. It was a very smooth and happy process! (And how great that he sold it in one day.). Seriously, John is really the best !

John Rice is the best. He knows the areas, schools, municipalities, and home construction details. Best of all, he works extremely hard and is totally client-focused. I wish I could give 12 stars but it only goes to 5. Look no further for a realtor around GR!

We can?t say enough good things about John. He is an awesome realtor! We bought our first home with his help and just recently sold it with his help. He is highly knowledgeable about the Grand Rapids area market and his expertise and professionalism has shown through both times we worked with him. Five years ago we were new to Grand Rapids and didn?t know the area that well. John nudged us in the direction of the area we ended up buying in and we not only enjoyed the amenities of that area while living there, but we profited from that decision in our sale. John is a wonderful communicator and a genuine person. His sincerity has been evident in his commitment to making the purchase and sale experience as seamless and informed as possible. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have worked with John and strongly recommend him without reservation!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and new to Grand Rapids, so we really didnt know much about the housing market. A family friend referred us to John, and were so glad we had him as our realtor! Hes super knowledgable about the Grand Rapids area, listened to our likes and dislikes with homes, and helped us negotiate a great deal on our house. We closed a few months ago, and we are so happy with our forever home! Highly recommend John as your realtor! He is truly on your side.
