Wade was the best realtor we have ever used. He was very patient with us and worked hard to sell our condo for the price we wanted. ZERO nonsense with Wade. My wife and I used Wade to buy our home back in 2012 and we are very impressed. We told him our budget, our wants/needs list and he was able to fulfill them all. We only looked at 4 houses and found THE ONE. Recently my wife was relocated by her employer and we had to sell our home. So we contracted Wade as our Listing Agent.
