I can't describe in words how much we enjoyed working with Robin in the sale of our home. During the emotional and stressful time of selling, Robin was supportive, understanding and encouraging all through the process.Robin is professional, prompt, patient and knowledgable in all aspects of the real estate business which helped in our successful process. Robin was very diligent from the beginning, which is honestly admirable because we as buyers tend to forget that agents have numerous clients besides ourselves along with the time that has to be made for a private life aside from the line of work that's being done. Her will to commute, and study a property thoroughly (if she doesn't have all of the knowledge she would want to have of it already) also shows when it comes down to showing and negotiating. Her personality also brings life into a business that can be stressful and at times too linear, which was the most important thing to us due to the reassurance it provides.Without a doubt, she'll be honest with you for your best interests, whether it's something you would want to hear or not, but will hustle up for you all the way from the showing to the closing table. This was our first time buying a home, but I asked numerous homeowners and did independent research beforehand so that I wouldn't completely enter the market blindly during this insane time. That is what lead my fianceA(C) and I to choose Robin and we never looked around whatsoever after that.On a side note, she was the only agent (and coincidentally the very last agent we ever met) that gave us more than a business card. The guidance towards getting the pieces needed for the homebuying process together ended up excellent all around the board.Would absolutely love to sell / buy through again!
