We met with Tom in June of this year and were unsure if we were ready to sell. Tom answered all our questions, did not pressure us to sell and presented a plan as to how he would sell our home. He told us what we should expect in regards to timing. At the time we were not ready. Tom checked in on us from time to time and provided market updates. In early August we called Tom to sign the paperwork. The listing went live on August 16th and by 7:30 on the 17th we accepted an offer.
