Dawn Levy is an amazing agent with extensive knowledge and experience in the Roswell/East Cobb area (as well as many other parts of metro Atlanta). We used Dawn to list our home I. May, 2025. She was extremely honest in her recommendations of what we needed to do for our home to show in the best possible way. Dawn did a professional video and photos of everything. She recommended what she thought was the best price at which to list. We went along with her recommendation. Our home hit the market on a Friday, and Dawn held open houses on that Saturday and Sunday. We had an offer for over our list price on Sunday (three days on the market) and went under contract. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Dawn handled every one with grace and professionalism. We closed on schedule. We highly recommend Dawn Levy if you are looking to buy or sell a home. Her experience is second to none and her track record with Berkshire Hathaway proves it. I am sorry it has taken me an entire year to write this review. With relocating to another state and life in general, it has been a hectic year.
