Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORSA(R)

Andy Oei and Jake Silverstein were excellent. We had a condo that was difficult to sell. They had access to repair people who fixed and primped the condo to sell. They answered all calls promptly, were knowledgeable, and most important were honest about the market. Our condo sold two months ago. Yippee!

Andy is the best for selling at Ritz Carlton Residences. He and the team did a great job helping us through the process. Even while not living in the same state as the property, he did a great job and I knew things were taken care of with Andy.

Andy and his team are professional and extremely effective. They made the selling process effortless. They guided us marketing the property to the final closing.

Working with Andy and his team was a great experience when I sold my condo. They took on a difficult listing, and it was very obvious from the beginning just how professional they all were. Even with some unexpected decisions from a buyer, they quickly regrouped and kept me calm through the process. Would definitely work with Andy and his team again!

I?ve worked with no less than 10 real estate agents on the east coast in the past 40 years. Andy is at the very top of my list. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Andy is always on top of the crucial issues and able to get the problem solved in the best possible manner. I am looking forward to working with him in the future.
