Highly dissapointed! When we first met with John everything was going well. He was on time, friendly and told us about the legal side of selling a house - what no other realtor had done. So we decided to work with him. When the time for the photo shoot came around, he was over 30 min late without any notice and my husband and son where left sitting in the car waiting for him with 5 pets at smoldering temperatures. Even the photographer had no idea where John was. The so called staging was grabbing stuff off of the counter and literally throwing it in the oven to hide it... When we had to postpone the sell of our house due to personal reasons, John didn`t even give us the courtesy of acknowledging our decision nor did he return our house key! We would have kept him on as our realtor, but clearly he wasn`t interested in selling our house a year later...and we are still waiting for our house key to be returned to us!

What an amazing experience working with Markie! Buying a house is stressful, but she was a calm and reassuring presence the whole time. She knew her stuff, pointed out lots of useful tips as we were looking at houses, and had some great contacts in the area. She really helped us figure out what we wanted in our house, and even in this crazy housing market of 2021, she was able to help us land a house. Her knowledge of how much to bid, what to offer, and getting us in to see houses the day they were available, is ultimately what got us our dream home! Markie helped us sell our home that we owned for over 25 years and we are extremely difficult to please but with Markies professionalism from day one she assisted & guided us 100%. Patricia did a wonderful job listing and selling my condo in Mount Laurel. She helped me determine the initial listing sale price, and assisted me to decide which preparation work would be most advantageous to do before listing it for sale. She had access to local contractors as needed. Patricias back office support of Sam and Carol were also excellent in assisting with the listing paperwork, photos and settlement details.
