I chose Shannon to be both my buyer's and seller's agent because she's an achiever; a true go-getter. Her knowledge of the local market steers you in the right direction when putting your home on the market. We had well-advertised and well-attended Open Houses. She provided all of the social media, online and otherwise thorough announcements for the sale of our home. Offers and contracts were well negotiated. Issues were communicated without delay and resolved, often without any hassle to me. Shannon also made finding my new home a pleasure. She took the stress of the situation on herself and her eternal optimism and can-do attitude never faltered. She solved any problem or knew who could. I am in a home that I love because of her. Pat was great throughout the entire buying process. He was very receptive to what I was looking for and the listings he showed me made the search much easier than anticipated. He also made the closing process quick and painless!

Shannon is an expert in her field! She helped us every step of the way when we purchased our investment property. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt. She went above and beyond for us on a number of occasions, for example meeting inspectors and repair workers when we were unable to. She made the buying process easy and fun! She has helped us learn the ropes with the vacation rental process and is always willing to answer questions, respond to tenant concerns and attend to property issues when we are unable to.

I found Patrick to be very knowledgeable on the local area as well as very accommodating in terms of schedule. This was a big help in getting our transaction closed!
