Just closed on our new home on the Grad Hospital/Rittenhouse border with Matt a couple of days ago, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Matt knows the Philadelphia market inside and out. He listened well and made a real effort to understand what we wanted, and he was patient with us as we figured that out ourselves over the first couple of weeks (I hope we weren't too annoying). Throughout the search and closing he was professional, accessible, and a pleasure to work with. He was remarkably responsive--getting back within an hour or two by email, my preferred channel, or faster by text--and communicated clearly in both speaking and writing. After our offer was accepted, he kept us on track with everything we needed to do before closing, providing a checklist and then gentle reminders. He's experienced and good at what he does, but just as important, he never loses sight of the client's comfort level, which made what could have been a stressful process actually enjoyable.
