Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox Cities Realty

Heather's knowledge, expertise, and easy going personality made our first time home buying experience easy and enjoyable. Heather was accessible to us and listened and considered our needs and wants throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Buying a new home can be a very confusing and scary time. Heather was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. She walked us through each step of selling our old home and finding our new home and was extremely quick in responding to all of our crazy questions. There were a lot of moving parts throughout the process, and Heather prepared us for each one. She proactively helped us get everything ready, from listing our home to finding home inspectors/contractors and what to expect at closing. Heather has the experience and knowledge to give advice that we trusted. We could tell that she genuinely cared about us and helping us find our dream home.

I would, without hesitation, hire Heather Gossen for my future real estate needs. She is extremely talented, knowledgeable, caring and I felt like her only client because she was so quick to handle everything throughout the process.

Heather is fantastic to work withaEUR"truly a gem in the real estate world. We've bought two homes and sold another with her help, and she's been amazing every step of the way. She knows the ins and outs of real estate like the back of her hand, she's super friendly and working with her is a breeze. She's got a knack for helping you figure out the best offer to make and really gets the market and the homes you're looking into. Heather is our go-to person for making the whole buying and selling process a lot less daunting.

Excellent at all facets of her job. Very knowledgeable and personable. Always willing to go the extra mile and answer any ridiculous questions you may have and never make you feel stupid. When we were out of state she was in the basement and helping us especially when we had an issue with our final walk through.
