Neill did an amazing job selling my house. The couple who ending up buying my house originally said they did not think it would work for them due to their live in help. Neill worked with their agent and convinced the couple to come relook at the house and presented them with some options for how they could make more private space for the live in help. The couple was convinced and ended up buying my house! Neill was great with communication keeping me up to date during the process.
