Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices - Epic Real Estate

Kathy was great!!! Very knowledgeable and down to Earth, easy to work with and was with me every step of the way even from out of state. She answered every question with kindness and compassion .

Kathy is excellent. Initially, I was just looking considering the seller?s market. I found house that just went on the market. I was able to get in the next day and made an offer that day, and the offer accepted the next afternoon. Kathy is very responsive. She walked me through the process of buying my first home. I am so happy with my new home.

Kathy, did a great job on helping us seller our apartment. she was very patience with us to figure out what needs to be done beforehand so we would get better offers and have a much cleaner and viewable apartment. All the paperwork she walked us through it all. we highly recommend her she was so nice and welcoming to us and very reasonable.

Kathy Ford was really a blessing to us, she is very wise smart and a go getter indeed. She talked well to help me understand things more when it came to real estate being our first time ever to sell my fathers home. Thank you Kathy and may many blessings come your way.

Kathy is such a patient & understanding agent. We were buying our 1st home & had lots of questions & concerns & she was so helpful thru the whole process. Sometimes we werent the best at getting back to her immediately & she was always upbeat, never getting upset with us. We were so lucky to find her & I would totally tell anyone I know buying or selling to contact her. Thanks Kathy!!! ??????
