I would be careful with this Realtor. She and her daughter are not who they say they are. This team lied to me, used loopholes and games to get what they wanted. Now, my mail, if it is accidentally sent to my old address, gets sent back to the sender instead of forwarding to me. Even though I asked them to make sure the buyer has my forwarding address. What a nightmare of an escrow and terribly unprofessional.

We first contacted Dena two years ago after she was referred to us, and from the beginning she stood out for her responsiveness, local knowledge, and willingness to accommodate our schedule. Throughout our cabin search, she was patient, attentive, and never pushy. She asked just enough questions to understand what we were looking for, proactively sent us listings she thought we would like and had an intuitive sense of what would be a good fit for us. Her knowledge of the local area, cabin-specific issues, inspections, and the important things that arent always visible during a walkthrough added tremendous value. What really sets Dena apart is her combination of responsiveness and intuitionaEUR"she is incredibly timely without ever being pushy, and she truly understands her clients needs. We could not have asked for a better realtor and would recommend her without hesitation.

Penny is truly amazing! Selling my townhouse was a process, and having Penny there to help me through it made such a difference. She is helpful, knowledgeable, and caring, and I truly feel like she went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions, offered great advice, and made me feel supported every step of the way. I am so grateful for everything Penny did for me. I couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Penny was so awesome to work with. We knew exactly what we were looking for, and Penny was so helpful and patient with us as we looked at so many homes. When we found our house, Penny was right there with us every step of the way. She was very professional and so knowledgeable about the Sonora area. Penny made the home-buying experience easy and pain-free! We loved working with her and are so thankful we stumbled onto her!!

Erin did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our 2nd home in Mi-Wuk Village. Her knowledge & expertise of the local Stanislaus National Forest area helped us in making decisions for a home that will experience all 4 seasons!! She was friendly, and responsive to any questionsaEUR| no matter how silly. She helped assist, or set up appointments for contractors. She stayed in contact with the lender to be up to date with any issues if they arose. It was a pleasure working with Erin.
