Wendy did a fantastic job of getting my home (and me) ready for a sale in an unsteady market. Her marketing efforts were unparalleled and resulted in a good sale that went smoothly. Wendy was extremely helpful in wrapping up the transaction and was instantly responsive to any questions I had. Anyone looking to sell or buy a home in Contra Costa would be very fortunate to have Wendy as an agent - I certainly was!

Loved working with Wendy! Wendy helped us with our first home purchase back in 2013. She is extremely savvy, knowledgeable and a great advocate for her clients. Simultaneously, shes very good about educating her clients about market conditions, expectations when in transaction, and general sound advice. Her knowledge of the area and other realtors in the business is an added bonus. When we decided to sell our home in 2020 and purchase a new one, the decision to work with Wendy again was a no brainer. Thanks to great marketing on WendyaEUR~s part and the market conditions, we were able to sell our home (enter into contract) within a week. She helped negotiate a rent back agreement that allowed us to stay in our home for some additional time while we looked for our next purchase. She has been extremely helpful in answering our many questions and following through promptly. Wendy also assisted us in purchasing our next home. Same exceptional experience!

First time home sellers here, Kelly went above and beyond for us during this process. She made the process as smooth as can be. She was always available whenever we had questions and explained things very thoroughly. We made this decision and didnt have much time- she took some stuff to the dump for us, talk about service! I would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling. She is a phenomenal agent.

We have used Kelly for 2 home purchases now. Both times we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend her services. She was always available to answer all our questions. She listened to our needs and found us exactly what we were looking for. In an extremely competitive market she was able to quickly find us the perfect properties.
