We rented a property through Zillow which he represented. He may sell houses for people, but as a property manager his professionalism and compassion were non existent in my opinion. However, I guess he was doing his job for the owner of the home by collecting our rent while we lived in miserable conditions. Based on my personal experience, I would not rent from him and if I were the type of person who could rent a moldy house with water constantly coming in the basement to someone just to make money, then sure I would have him represent my rental property. So, one star for that I guess.

Theres many things I could say about James, the first thing that comes to mind is his honesty. I went to high school with James so when we were looking to buy a house he was the first person I went to. He showed us one house and told us no, he wouldnt let us. He sent me the house we just bought before it hit Zillow, we went to look at it the very next day, put an offer in on it (which he told us what we should offer), and the offer got accepted! Through the process he has always made himself available even though he is so so busy and he made sure to keep us happy. He answered every little question we had and the one question he didnt know the answer to, he made sure to ask and get us the correct answer. He made the process painless and we are forever grateful to him. I will go with James for everything we do house wise. Thank you 1000x, we appreciate everything.

James made our 600 mile move from CT as painless as it could be. He called us within 15 minutes of requesting more info on a Zillow home, within an hour had video-toured the street AND the house for us, spent about an hour on the phone with us, answered a lot of questions, calmed a few fears, and had our home on deposit the next day. You will not get a better realtor that cares and goes out of his way to help you.
