Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Dawson Ford Garbee

There's nothing negative we can say. My husband and I used him about 8 years ago and reached out to him specifically, when moving again. He is everything you want in a realtor. Friendly and professional, he takes the time to answer all questions and concerns. He has the experience to back it up, also. If you want someone in your corner that will go above and beyond, really caring that you find the home that's right for you, contact him.

Jeremy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish when we sold our home with him in Forest. He was always responsive, proactive and easy to talk to. He was patient and clearly knowledgable throughout the process and we highly recommend him for anyone looking to sell their home in the area.

JEREMY PHILLIPS Jeremy Phillips has been our familys trusted realtor for over a decade. He expertly managed our first home purchase, and a few years later, seamlessly handled the sale of our previous property. His dedication to his clients is unmatched. He even helped all three of our young adult daughters navigate their first home purchases! Jeremy is knowledgeable, patient, kind and deeply committed to getting the best results. Whether you are buying or selling, we cannot recommend his services highly enough!!

Working with Jeremy was an exceptional experience from start to finish. He is professional and knowledgeable about real estate and houses. His background in houses and construction gave me extra confidence throughout the process. He holds himself to a very high standard and always put my best interests first. He is also genuinely committed to finding the right home for me, not just any home. On top of that, his negotiation skills and communication were outstanding. Highly recommended! Thank you, Jeremy!

Jeremy was very helpful during the process of me buying my first home. He always responded promptly and was very knowledgeable. He answered my many questions about the home buying process very professionally and kindly.
