Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties

Kevin with the Denton Advisory Group through Berkshire Hathaway was absolutely incredible! Couldn't not have been more happy with how the process went, was so supportive and he treated us like we were his only client. We were first time home buyers and after doing some research, we got a little intimidated by the whole process....Kevin put our minds at ease, helped us every step of the way...showed us properties that were tailored to our needs and within our budget...was honest and 100% set us up for a successful future. Could not have been happier with everything and will HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone!

He was extremely helpful in all areas of buying our first home! Was always responding within reasonable times even on off hours... gave us all information we needed and supported us each step of the way! We highly recommend Kevin !

Kevin made my home purchase such a smooth & easy process! His local knowledge is extensive, which really helped when deciding which neighborhood was best for my family. He's professional, calm, easy to talk to... all the things that I was looking for in a real estate agent. Highly recommend!

Kevin has extensive experience with the unique, local market. He knows specific details with local neighborhoods and HOA policies. He kept me informed throughout every step of the purchase. Highly Recommend.
