Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago

We bought and sold a home this past year with the ATM Team and we can't recommend them highly enough! For buying we worked with Nick, who was knowledgeable and whose relaxed attitude made us feel at ease. He was great to work with. Tabitha did an amazing job making the home we were selling look great to go on the market and really went above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and use the ATM Team for buying and/or selling your next home! They truly care about their clients and the communities they work in.

My experience with the ATM team was great. Excellent everything, great communication and transparency and excellent commitment to excellent service at every step of the home buying process.

my family and i have worked with the ATM team three times: on one purchase and on two sales. they are truly remarkable for three main reasons: 1. their trustworthiness 2. their professionalism and 3. their high level of knowledge and competency. added all this: they are all really nice folks and a simply pleasure to work with. i wholeheartedly recommend the ATM team and look forward to an opportunity to work with them again.

The ATM team is a group of dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly individuals. We worked with them to buy our first home in 2019 and again when we were ready to move this year. Adam is not only an excellent realtor, but he is also very knowledgeable about the structural integrity of buildings. He could tell us very quickly if a home we toured was worth a second look or worth the listing price. He advocated for us in the negotiating stage and made the home buying process smooth. When we were ready to sell, Tabitha and her team did a phenomenal job. She elevated our condo to a new level and sold it before it even hit the public market. She answered any questions we had along the way and kept us updated and on a timeline. We are so grateful for the ATM team and cant imagine working with anyone else.

The ATM team was a fantastic partner in our home search. As first time home buyers, we were looking for guidance through the entire process from securing financing, searching for properties, assessing homes during viewings, navigating making offers and negotiating, and finally inspections and closing. Adam Murphy was there for us every step of the way, patiently guiding us through every decision. Their support team, including Dwan and Cyndi, did an excellent job keeping everything coordinated on their online platform and through the web of closing documents. We would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a home in the Chicagoland area work with the ATM Team.
