I closed a sale on October 2, 2026 where I was represented by Anna. I engaged Anna because she was clear in her presentation, had good marketing skills and was very personable. Her firm was large and I wanted that US wide exposure. She was great. The sale was complicated by the house being owned by a trust, deferred maintenance and many personal possessions that required disposal. Anna provided sound advice, managed all issues with aplomb, had resources to manage the items she couldnt, kept me aware of everything that was transpiring and the tasks I needed to complete. Despite the complications, she made the process pretty smooth.

Anna provided outstanding expertise and effectivness in selling my property. I live out of state, and Anna was able to handle everything from finding the keys (a neighbor had them) to navigating getting the property ready to sell. The property itself was challenging. It's in a prime location, but had unavoidable deferred maintenance for the last few years. To maximize the sale price, the combination took nuanced marketing and sales knowledge, working with sophisticated buyers. Anna delivered flawlessly, working with me to navigate the process. The conversations were chalelnging, but she struck a balance between setting expectations and pushing through a difficult sale. Without reservation, I would work with Anna again, in any locale, but especially in the Wilmington area, where her expertise was second to none.
