I have now used Gary and Lisa Schoeffler twice for home purchases. Yes,...twice!! In 2016 and in 2019. Why? Because Gary and Lisa are sharks!! On my first home, I went through 3-4+ realtors that weren't being proactive and were actually dragging me down instead of pushing and motivating me forward. I needed an asset on my team not a liability. On my second home I still considered other realtor options and no one came close. Gary and Lisa are good! THEY brought homes to my attention. They FOUGHT for what I wanted because they took the time to listen and understand MY GOALS. They listened and then delivered...twice! Yes, it was a battle and yes, we had setbacks and not everything went our way. Thinking back on the whole process, buying a home is not an easy thing. Gary and Lisa helped make it easier. They were on it every step of the way and we communicated well to divide and conquer each stage from finding the house, to navigating the paperwork and purchase, to negotiating and closing the deal. I did my end and they did theirs and together we made a good team. In buying a house...you need a good team! They help you go through the process but they greatly excel in the constant flow of people who want to see your house. The house showing part of the process is the most vital and where they really shine. They are the perfect team with Gary helping you work out the details and Lisa advising as to what you need to do in showing your house and being there to advise in even the intricate details. They were very helpful, patient, and responsive. I was able to get information i needed quickly (occasionally at odd hours). They make it fast/easy with docusign, which is unfortunately not the case with everyone. We will use them again the next time we buy or sell a home.
