Lauren Dulcich and Ali Evans recently represented me and my two siblings in selling our family home in Santa Barbara, and exceeded all expectations. We interviewed four recommended agents, and chose Ali and Lauren for their preparedness, vision for our house, enthusiasm and great communication skills. They asked us how we wanted to communicate and how often, and did exactly as we asked, keeping the three of us informed at every step. I was impressed and thrilled with their project management abilities - I live in WA and they contacted and met with stagers, contractors, cleaners, home inspectors, painters, etc to ensure all the upgrades we discussed happened in a timely and efficient manner. When minor unexpected issues came up, they pointed out the pros and cons of the options, and make a recommendation on the path forward. They also recommended lighting fixtures, mirrors and other equipment we installed, complete with links for me to easily order and have delivered. I also really appreciated their council on the upgrades and minor fixes we needed to decide on. They explained which issues really should be addressed, which ones were optional, and others that would likely not affect the selling price and didn't need to be done, or could just be disclosed. Following their advice likely increased the ultimate selling price $100,000+ and saved us nearly as much from fixing things that didn't really need to be fixed or upgraded. I felt they did an excellent job of marketing our house online and through traditional media. The photographer they chose did an excellent job presenting our house in the best light. Lastly, I felt they did a thorough and spot-on analysis in pricing the house, which led to multiple offers, and eventually a second round of bidding which they guided us through.
