James was as wealth of knowledge about the south Greenville area we were interested in moving to. Any questions he wasn't sure about were double checked and answered ASAP. Big plus that he's a veteran and has gone through the VA loan process several times. He's available at all times and gave great reco's based on our must have list.

I bought a house sight unseen, and Monika is why that wasn't a terrible idea. Monika is part real estate agent, part mind reader. She figured out what I wanted before I did, and sent me only houses worth my time. She also looked out for me beyond my wish list. If a house had everything I asked for but she knew it wasn't the best fit, she'd say so, even when I was already picturing my couch in it. And when the right house hit the market, she got me in fast, since we both knew it wouldn't last. Monika's superpower is making a big, overwhelming search feel manageable. She took me through the different communities around Greenville so I understood each one, and her video walkthroughs were so good I felt like I'd been there. She filmed every crack and flaw in glorious HD, like a one-woman home inspection crew, because she knew what mattered to me. Monika is a force of nature: warm, energetic, and full of great opinions, and you can feel how much she cares. She listens to everything you say, and she was always available, replying to my texts almost before I hit send. She answered every question I had (some of them twice) and never made me feel like I was asking too much. She was also meticulous with the contract, researching relentlessly and double-checking every detail so nothing slipped through. I fully trusted Monika, and she earned it every step of the way. We laughed through most of it, and I came out of the process with a house and a friend, which is a pretty great deal. I highly recommend Monika as your Greenville-area realtor. She knows the surrounding communities inside and out, from Simpsonville and Mauldin to Travelers Rest and Fountain Inn. Whether you're local, relocating, or buying from afar, she'll know what you want and find it, and she'll go the extra mile (literally, if you're out of state).

Alex did an amazing job. As a former buyer's agent selling a home for the first time, it was a new experience being on the other side of the table. Alex was there to help throughout the process. His experience allowed for excellent negotiations and managing all the pieces to the the puzzle with ease. Highly recommend.

This was our second experience selling a home with Alex. He was exceptional in both cases! Highly recommend. He is always very professional, always available, and easy to work with.

Wendy recently listed and sold a home for us. The home sold within three days and at our asking price. She did a great job, was easy to communicate with and took care of all the details. We would certainly use her again!
