Carrie went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when buying and selling our home. She made one of the most stressful times of our lives feel like there was nothing we had to worry about, and we knew she would take care of it all. The relationship between Carrie and myself (my family) goes back many years. This was the first time we needed to use her in a professional manner. It was a very sensitive situation...we were selling our "family" land/cabin that we built and had for 23 years. There were 4 families involved. As the years went by, our individual families expanded, but we also lost 3 of those family members. It changed the cabin dynamics greatly. The kids got involved in school things or started jobs. One of the families started a business. All of these things led to the cabin not being used to it's full potential by all the family members. We were so fortunate that we had Carrie handle everything. She knew our backstory, and she had gone through most of it with us. Carrie knew it was going to be an emotional process for everyone, and she handled herself very professionally. She knew how to be empathetic and chose the right words at the right times. She helped us get through all the emotions that came along the way.
