Bridgett is the best agent we have worked with hands down. She pushed us on some small things in the home that had a large return. Her negotiating skills and process management were outstanding. She delivered significantly over the neighborhood comps and drove the process through with less than experienced buyers/agents on the other side. Nothing but great things to say.

Bridgett Baldwin is the best! Bridgett helped my fiancA(C) and I buy our first house. She came highly recommended to us and we would highly recommend her to others! Bridgett knows Tucson very well, and was able to provide expert advice regarding neighborhoods, and always kept our inbox full of new listings that truly matched our preferences. It was always easy to get in touch with Bridgett. She was very responsive to emails and texts, and made recommendations that benefited us during the negotiation process. Bridgett was knowledgeable about all of the documentation and always informed us what we should expect from the seller. She always acted in the our best interest and advocated for us, and we highly recommended her!

Sold our within a week house at our asking price. Bridget was thorough and quick on communication. We highly recommend her and would use her again if given the chance.

Bridgett performed an excellent job for us when we purchased a second home in Tucson. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and responsive. Her excellent preparatory work, which was done with us remote from Tucson, made our house hunting very efficient when we finally flew into town. We made an offer on a home within the first 24 hours of house hunting. She was also nice enough to provide us all sorts of recommendations for activities in Tucson. We love the home.

Bridgett made our home selling experience easy and stress free. We had to move to another state for a new job, and she took care of everything for us. Bridgett made sure our home was looking good for an open house and sold our home at asking price in only a few short weeks. She is the type of Real Estate Professional that we hope to have for all of our future real estate endeavors.
