Chris was my agent when I sold my townhouse in Kingstowne. She did a great job. Her research on the area was thorough and her suggested price on my unit was perfect as it sold quickly. Sse was very knowledgeable of the process from listing to closing and very responsive whenever I had questions or needed advice. I'd recommend her very highly.

I was new to the home selling process, so initially I was very nervous. After speaking with Mrs. Davis, I became very confident that I was in good hands. She was very knowledgeable, reliable, and most of all patient when it came to my questions. Mrs. Davis gave me great suggestions on how to get the best price for my home. Without hesitation, she became available to oversee remodeling work being done at my home when I wasn t available. My home sold quickly due to the hard work of Mrs. Davis. I highly suggest anyone, buying or selling a home, to contact Mrs. Chris Krinock Davis. You won t be disappointed!
