After many many real estate transactions over the years, Judd is the BEST realtor we have ever worked with. His positivity and immediate response to our needs was above reproach. I highly recommend him and his team. He protected our interests and gave us terrific advice on pricing, staging, and finishing the deal.

Jimmy was my first realtor and I was his first sale! He made the process easy and wasnt trying to push me toward something I didnt want or couldnt afford.Hes an awesome and genuine guy I wish I knew more people that are looking to buy because I would 100% recommend Jimmy as a realtor to anyone in the area!

Judd is an incredibly knowledgeable and personable realtor! Judd helped my husband and I into the house of our dreams. He didn't bat an eye when our toddler accompanied us on showings and was incredibly flexible with scheduling as we timed the house buying process around naps and daycare pick ups. I would highly recommend Judd to anyone looking to buy!

Judd came recommended by a coworker. As a first time home buyer, Judd made sure I was informed of the entire process so I understood everything that was going on. He was extremely knowledgeable and I never felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking him more questions. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in York County Pennsylvania.

Working with Judd was an absolute pleasure! From the start, he listened to exactly what we wanted and offered great insights into the local area and market. I dont know what we would have done without his guidance every step of the way! He has a keen eye for detail, noticing things we would have completely missed and never hesitated to point out even the smallest imperfection when viewing prospective houses. Communication was always lightning-fast, and he kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. Thanks to Judd, we found our perfect home. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional!
