I have retained Don for the sale of two estate properties. Don is very professional, a gentleman and very knowledgeable in the area of real estate. He was always accessible and responds immediately. He appeared to be well-respected in the real estate community and had a good relationship with other realtors that were showing the homes. He was hands on with the many tasks that are required to sell a house. He handled all matters related to the Certificate of Occupancy and coordinated the process of settlement. I never felt that there were any loose ends. The results of the sales were excellent. I would retain Don again for any real estate needs.
