We were building a new home. My main concern was that I would end up having to pay the mortgage on my new home before my existing home was sold. Otherwords have two mortgage payments at the same time. Linda and Ray had a very good reputation out there. They listed our home and sold it the first week. Unfortunately, the buyers backed out. Immediately, they scheduled it for an open house and negotiated a contract that week. My fears never came true and we were able to close on a new home.

Raymond and Linda helped me with everything from getting contractors to do work on the condo before listing and getting someone to get rid of items I did not want. It only took about 45 days from listing to close. I highly recommend them to anyone. They were the best.

I have owned a house in Pennsylvania, which is my childhood home, for the last 20 years. I live in Maryland, but I could never bring myself to sell it because I always felt a strong presence of my mother when I went up there. However, I received an offer for the house that I could not pass on. Linda and Raymond are my cousins so, of course, I had them handle the sale. Linda and Raymond patiently guided me through the process of selling without my ever having to go to PA. I was able to do all the documentation electronically and, if I had any questions, I received an answer quickly. These two are outstanding in what they do and it would be hard to find a better team. The star rating only goes to 5, but I would give them a 100! I've sold several homes in my lifetime and this was, without a doubt, the easiest one I've ever done.

Linda and Raymond Carnevali are as professional and top-notch as they come! From the first time we spoke on the phone, through the end of the final paperwork after closing, everything they did went above and beyond our expectations. That is saying something, as our expectations are exceedingly high. The very first time we met, they gave us an hour-long presentation about our house, their system and how they would approach selling our home. They also spelled out the expectations that we should have for this sale. With over 60 sales last year, and an average selling time of 4 DAYS, at an average price over 100% of listing price, it tends to get your attention. They do have expectations of you as the seller but as long as you put in the work to meet those expectations, their system is amazing. If you do choose them as your listing agent be sure that you are ready to move when the house goes on the market! If you do as they tell you it won't last long!

One of the best decisions we made when we chose to move was to select Ray and Linda Carnevali as our realtors. Not only did they actively market our home, they also provided us with boxes and packing material, they posted our furniture online in multiple places, vetted buyers before they provided them with our address and were there when the buyers came to purchase the item(s). When the buyers arrived, Linda took them through the house and built their interest in other items, thus creating additional sales. In addition, they helped us organize and conduct a sale of general household items. During the move, when I fractured my knee, Ray and Linda even loaned me a rollator to ease my mobility.
