Jamie Petroski met our needs perfectly. Her knowledge of the area, and insight into our needs were much appreciated. She expertly highlighted the unique attributes of our property to reach the appropriate market segment. We appreciated her excellent communication, professionalism and guidance.

Jamie was wonderful to work with! She was professional, quick to reply, thoughtful, thorough and concise. Jamie made the selling process so easy for us. Our home sold in three days. We had multiple offers. Jamie was great with answering our questions and guiding us through the process both on a professional level as well and helping us deal with some of the emotions that came with selling our home. She was truly exceptional!! We highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Jamie was an incredible asset throughout the process of listing and selling my home. She was very knowledgeable in terms of list price based on comps as well as guided me well through the sale. The process to finally list the home for sale was lengthy due to external factors but she was patient and responsive throughout the process.

We are so thankful for our realtor Jamie Petroski through Berkshire Hathaway in Greenville. She has been incredible to work with each step of the way through our selling, buying, and closing process! Her level of communication, knowledge, and guidance is top notch! She gave us suggestions for how to market the house more effectively and sold it in less then a week after being on the market for 6 months prior with a different realtor. She attends all inspections offering insight and next steps. She is very professional and stays on top of the market trends. I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell your home! You are guaranteed to have a successful experience. She has a heart of gold and makes what is typically a very stressful time, very pleasant.
