Selling our home was about the least stressful home-related experience we've had. Jan helped us identify what renovations would add value to the home sale and which ones were not. The entire selling process, despite all the paperwork and leg work, was low stress. We were able to get 16 showing in 4 days with the professional photos Jan got for us and with the renovations and staging we had done. Jan was on top of everything at each step of the way. She communicated timelines well in advance so we could manage expectations and our seller responsibilities properly. She tackled as much of the legwork as she could and only reached out when something was our responsibility to handle.
