Nate was wonderful to work with. He was professional, honest and reliable. He was very patient in our long search for a house and never made us feel pressured to buy something we didn?t feel was a good fit. He went above and beyond for us and even had our house sold within the first couple of days of listing. He is a great choice if you?re in need of a realtor.

Contacted Nate regarding some properties that I had researched which appeared to be Good Deals. Coming from the Bay Area, I was not familiar with Sonora. I met with Nate and he showed me the properties, (which turned out to be horrible!), but Nate was a good sport. Afterward, he interviewed me, discovering my wants and needs, and showed me a property, (not his listing!) The place was perfect for me, we made an offer, and Nate closed the deal! Nate was super responsive through out the entire process, put me in touch with some great local service providers, and made me feel like he was a friend helping me out. Thanks Nate!

I listed my house with a national realtor in 2017. It was on the market for seven months without one offer. This year I listed it with Nate and had THREE offers in three days after it went on listing. The offer I accepted was from a wonderful family for over asking. Thanks Nate for a great experience!!!

Nathan is the best! Hard working, energetic ... will not stop till he gets you what you want. Very knowledgeable on all areas around Sonora. Will go beyond your expectations.
