My wife and I thought about buying our first home after 26 years of renting. We contacted a realtor and looked at a home we were interested in. That one didnt work out, so we asked them to show us a couple homes we found on line. I guess they didnt really take us seriously and never got back to us. So I took it upon myself to contact a realtor who was listed at one of the homes in question. That was Robin Cittone. We spoke and told her what we were interested in seeing. She said that was no problem and even sent me a email of a total of ten homes in the same area and said for us to look through them and let her know which ones we were interested in going to see. We got back to her in a day or two later with the list that we were interested in. within a couple days she had it all set up for us to view them and she even showed us some others that she thought we might be interested in, ten in all. We fell in love with two of them and asked to put a bid in on one of them. She took us through the whole process and put in a offer. After a couple days of counter offering back and forth, the seller kind of stalled on the counter offers. So we asked Robin if she would take us again to see the house again and the other one we loved, so this time we could bring our kids to see them too. She said sure, no problem. We went and viewed them both one evening and after talking things over with our kids we decided to withdrawal our offer and put a bid on the other home instead. Robin took care of everything for us to do just that. After a few counter offers we agreed on a price. With all of this being new to us, we didnt know what to do next. Robin set us up with the best lawyer and mortgage people. We even had times when we didnt know if it was all going to happen. Even when we had a few stumbling blocks to get past, Robin was the one person who was always their for us. We finally closed on our one and only dream house. There was no way it would of all come together if it wasnt for Robin Cittone, she helped make our dreams come true and we could not thank her enough for all she did for us. The story doesnt even end their. About two years later, our son and his fiance were starting to look for a home. My son asked for Robins number, which we will never get rid of. She was able to help them do the same in finding a dream home. We are so grateful for all that she has done for us and our family. My wife and I would gladly recommend her to anyone.
