Edy recently helped us sell a vacation property we held for 14 years about two hours from our primary residence near Pittsburgh. She assisted us with establishing an initial listing price. After one nominal price reduction, we were able to find a buyer for the property at near asking price. After accepting the buyer's offer, Edy was very instrumental in assisting both the (out of town) buyer and us with obtaining the various inspections - home, well, septic, radon, pest - and subsequently even a radon remediation specialist. From the very first time we met Edy to the selling of our house she was dedicated to find the right buyer. Her experience and knowledge of the local market provide to be an asset. The local market can be a challenge for a home seller but with her effort we had a contract within six weeks after our house was on the market, and the closing followed a month later. Ten days after our house was listed we moved out of state. The move itself was stressful, but we were very comfortable with Edy as our agent. She kept us up-to-date on the marketing of our house, and with the contract in hand she keep us informed of the details including the final closing.
