Lauren was outstanding. My favorite part of working with her was her ability to listen and understand. She was never once pushy, and I never felt like she was trying to convince me to feel one way or another during times where I wasnt always sure. Working with Lauren is like hanging out with a trusted friend.

Lauren was amazing to have in my corner thru the whole process, from start to finish! She helped me find exatly what I was looking, answered all my questions and kept me at ease.

We cannot recommend Lauren Blake highly enough! When we were planning an out-of-state move from Nashville, finding the right home from felt daunting. From day one, her local knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism made the entire process feel manageable and stress-free. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, provided invaluable area insights, and was quick to answer questions or get intel on specific properties. Her expertise and guidance helped us move quickly in a competitive market and ultimately secure the home of our dreams - less than 12 weeks after we started looking! What could have been a stressful relocation felt surprisingly easy thanks to her support. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Lauren was wonderful. She sold our home in 9 days of listing during the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic where showings were limited and open-houses were prohibited. She was thorough and concise with all necessary documents, communicative, and quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. She was aware of the market values and fought to get us top dollar for our home. Highly recommend!

Lauren sold my home and assisted me in building a new home in Westfield, IN. Great communicator and passionate about her clients. She is detail oriented, easy going, and knowledgeable.
