What an incredible first time home buying experience! We had huge expectations for our first home. What we ended up with was far more than we could ever imagine possible. I new after my first meeting with Jeff that he was going to be my agent. He was hungry and I knew that he was going to be a killer negotiator on my behalf. Jeff found us an amazing 4 bed 2.5 bath 2 car attached garage house with a huge shop. We got a killer deal on our amazing property. Jeff helped us out immensely by teaching and mentoring us along the way. He guided us through the process smoothly. He was always a prompt communicator, as we had tons of questions. our first house is still amazing five months later and Jeff still answers all of my weird questions all the time. I would highly recommend Jeff's skills and abilities when it comes to building the perfect home portfolio. He had use looking at near perfect fit houses from day one.He knows the market and the area well. he has a keen eye for properties and finding the right angles for striking great deals.
