HOMESERVICES OF WASHINGTON, LLC

Jessica was fantastic. Used her to buy the house in 2011 and then to sell it in 2026. Both transactions I was updated at all times on progress. Very knowledgable about the local market. Solid guidance led to a quick sale. Her experience really shows.

We couldnt recommend Greg more highly! He truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire home buying process. We were purchasing a home from out of state, which could have easily been stressful and complicated, but Greg made the entire experience incredibly easy and seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable, always made himself available when we needed him, and was incredibly quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We always felt like we were a priority, even from hundreds of miles away. Greg also did a fantastic job negotiating on our behalf and helped us get a great deal on our home. What stood out most, though, was how willing he was to go the extra mile at every step of the process. He handled things we never would have expected a realtor to take care of and gave us complete confidence buying a home from another state. If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond for his clients, Greg is your guy. Were extremely grateful for everything he did for our family and would recommend him without hesitation!

Kaylee was amazing, very reliable and always responded quickly. Was very on top of everything throughout the process. She was almost always available and the one time she wasnt, she made sure to have someone from her team fill in to help. I will be recommending her to anyone I know thats buying a home.

Kaylee was such a delight to work with. She was very flexible on showing times and dates. I really felt in good hands as she seemed to understand our wants and needs from a home. She is also very knowledgeable and resourceful! I highly recommend her for your agent. She is wonderful!!

Jessica held my hand through a rough real estate market. She is so responsive to concerns and very proactive in highlighting your home through social media and traditional methods. We made it to the finish line! Two thumbs up, more if I could!
