I have lived in Brooklyn, NY for almost all of my 65 years. Looking to retire in CT to be near our daughter, I didn't know what to expect from the process of looking for a home in such an unfamiliar (to me at least) territory. After my first call to Dave, I knew that I would get the guidance and professional support that I needed. Aside from his knowledge of the real estate business, Dave is one of the most likeable guys I've met. If I asked a question, he would always answer it. He guided the process and the paperwork, making it all so easy.Above all, I trusted his advice, and after showing multiple houses as he narrowed down my demanding filters, I found the perfect home in Connecticut that met all of my needs.I have bought and sold several houses for both myself and my daughter over the years and I have never had an agent as professional as Dave. I am almost tempted to say that he is one-of-a kind, and it may turn out that he really is.
