Berkshire Hathaway Home Services KC Realty

Nick was so incredibly helpful, especially with this being our first home purchase. He walked my wife and I through the entire process and was always patient with us when we had a million questions. Would definitely recommend him to anyone buying/selling in the greater KC/OP/Olathe/Lenexa area. Give him a call!

Nick was really great at understanding my vision for the home I wanted to buy. He was patient with our search process and when I had to delay my search for a time. When it came time to putting an offer on a house, he acted fast and got the offer accepted in 1 day, I think that was the difference in geting that property nailed down and avoided the potential of competing offers. I would highly recomend Nick!

We are SO grateful we went with Jared! As first time home buyers we were really nervous about the whole process but Jared made it a BREEZE! Hes incredibly knowledgeable about homes and made sure we knew how to look for any issues if we ever went to viewings without him. We really enjoyed working with him and learned so much! On top of all of that, Jared navigated working with other more difficult selling agents so well (and I mean SO WELL)! He also has an incredible team (shout out Sarah Fourt for being an amazing communicator while also dealing with difficult agents and getting us the answers we needed, and Aaron Olla for helping us out)! All in all, we wont hesitate to work with Jared again when were ready to move and will absolutely be recommending him to friends and family!

Nick, thank you sir for taking care of Emily and I in the sale of our house in Mission. Your care and professionalism in this process has been superb sir and very appreciated by me

We have worked with Jared on two separate occasions for buying and selling, and have been consistently pleased with his professionalism and experience. We have recommended him to several people and cannot recommend him and his team enough.
