Berkshire Hathaway home services indiana

I was a work relocation, and Valerie was simply outstanding in helping me understand the local communities. She has amazing attention to detail and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Great negotiation skills and great tenacity. I've bought and sold several homes, and Valerie was the best agent I have worked with.

Kimberly was always available to answer any of my questions with a positive attitude. She helped my wife and I find the first home of our dreams very quickly. It is very obvious that shes been doing this for a while as she has great knowledge of the Indianapolis area. From our first conversation, she understood exactly what we were looking for and guided us through multiple listings with patience and expertise. 10/10 recommend.

We cannot recommend Lauren Blake highly enough! When we were planning an out-of-state move from Nashville, finding the right home from felt daunting. From day one, her local knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism made the entire process feel manageable and stress-free. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, provided invaluable area insights, and was quick to answer questions or get intel on specific properties. Her expertise and guidance helped us move quickly in a competitive market and ultimately secure the home of our dreams - less than 12 weeks after we started looking! What could have been a stressful relocation felt surprisingly easy thanks to her support. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Valerie was amazing to work with throughout our home-buying journey. Her knowledge of the local market and schools gave us confidence as we explored different neighborhoods, and her advice was always thoughtful and honest. We toured what felt like countless homes, and Valerie was patient every step of the way. She never rushed us or pressured us into making a decision. Instead, she listened to what was important to us and helped us find the perfect home for our family. When it came time to negotiate and close, things became more complicated than we expected. Valerie was an incredible advocate, helping us navigate every challenge with professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. She was always available to answer our questions and made sure we felt informed and supported throughout the process. We couldnt be happier with our experience and are so thankful to have had Valerie as our agent. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping their clients find the right home.

Kimberly did an excellent job. Very easy to communicate with and super flexible with her schedule. As a new homebuyer I needed a lot of help, and Kimberly was always willing to explain and walk me through necessary steps.
