I've never met anyone as responsive, strategic, smart, and one step ahead as Debra is. She is unreal. On top of it all, she gets things done quickly and with extreme precision and competence. She's accommodating and knows her stuff. I was very lucky to have found her as she made it easy when in fact, it was a difficult process. Oh and she even managed to find a way to bring me into a home that wasn't for sale but in short order, she contacted the homeowners and convinced them to consider selling and allow me to see their residence.
