Could never actually get ahold of her. Ended up playing phone tag, slow responding to emails, not forthcoming with information. Have the impression she was just too busy to deal with us.

Nancy and team; Pamela and Bill, were awesome to work with! My spouse was in a fatal auto accident just 3 days before we were scheduled to close on our out of state home and begin the move to FL. I was under a contingent contract to buy a Brevard County home prior to my husband's accident but the house had a lot of issues.
