Michelle gets a 5/5! For context, I have bought and sold 3 houses prior to our experience with Michelle, and I must say that Michelle was by far my favorite realtor I've worked with. Selling our home, we engaged with a different realtor at first, but we were disappointed with the price range he was willing to list our home for. We did not want to be the customers who had an over-inflated sense of value of their home, but we truly felt like it was worth more, so we reached out to Michelle to get a second opinion because she had recently sold a home down the street from us for a very favorable price. After getting to know us, our desires, and our needs, Michelle immediately got to work running comps, answering our questions promptly, and truly working for us. Obviously real estate agents work for money, but we never got the sense that she was prioritizing her profits over getting a deal done, which made the selling process extremely quick, efficient, and pleasant. Michelle also was our buying agent. We provided her with a list of our requirements, and she also immediately got to work finding us homes. We did plenty of our own research, but we ultimately ended up buying a home she found. She was able to work out all the deals behind the scenes to get us a same-day closing (sale & purchase). Every part of the process she was involved with went extremely well. Michelle truly takes your concerns and questions into account, but most importantly she fights for you. We had a hiccup during closing because our buyers wanted to make two separate wires, and only one cleared on closing day. Upon hearing about this delay, she immediately hopped on the phone and started calling everyone even remotely adjacent to this problem to get the problem solved. Her working for us and handling all of the behind-the-scenes problems made our transactions easy. We HIGHLY recommend Michelle to be your next real estate agent!

Michelle is a stellar realtor. If I add too many superlatives you'd think I was coerced or paid. ha ha. Michelle is the best realtor I have ever worked with and I've bought and sold many properties in my lifetime! Her pricing was meticulous.
