Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Colorado Properties

I have bought and sold several homes over the decades with Tina. I have always felt like she is on my team. When you're signing the dotted line at closing, it's great to know that Tina was behind the deal and know that it was done correctly.

Tina's knowledge, expertise, and skill were instrumental for us as we shopped for and bought a home. Her candid advice and sense of humor made working with her a pleasure. She knows the Durango market and understood how to guide us as we moved through the process. I really appreciated her patience and thoroughness when answering questions and directing us. Now, I'm grateful to call Tina my friend as well. She's an outstanding realtor who had our backs every step of the way, and I wholeheartedly recommend her!!

I had the pleasure of working with Tina for my recent townhouse purchase, and I can confidently say she is the most efficient realtor I have ever worked with. From day one, she was an exceptional communicatoraEUR"always responsive, highly informative, and proactive in keeping me updated every step of the way. Beyond her professional effectiveness, she is a genuinely kind person who consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-tier real estate experience.

Bruce is the bomb! He is one of those people who are so good at what they do, they not only make it look easy, they have the self-confidence to make you feel like you and your opinions are valuable too -- all the while, steering you gently in the best direction. The process was a pleasure from start to finish.

Bruce is fantastic, we worked with him for over 4 years until we found the perfect place. Obviously he has great patience. His local knowledge is extremely strong and thorough. He was part of our team and had our best interest in mind at all times. He always shot us straight, was very honest. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Bruce for anyone looking in the Durango area.
