Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach, Realtors

Kelly is an outstanding real estate professional who provided a seamless buying experience in an ultra-competitive market. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge of the local market, general responsiveness and her friendly and pleasant demeanor. I always enjoyed chatting with her and learning about our local community. Kelly embodies all of the qualities that one would look for in an experienced, best in class real estate professional. My entire family is so happy with our new house and have Kelly to thank for it. She is the best of the best!

It was like they had a magic wand and knew exactly what we were looking for! From start to finish and beyond...Kelly and Con held our hand the entire way. And even after we signed the papers, they were still there for us, helping us settle in and even hooking us up with their network of local pros. It's like they don't just care about closing deals; they care about making sure their clients are happy, settled, and loving their new homes. The best in the business! Kelly and Con are our forever agents, we have used them for 3 transactions in both buying and selling properties. They are the epitome of professionalism and warmth. From the start, we knew we were in good hands. They took the time to understand our unique situation and needs for each transaction, making us feel like we were their only clients. Not only did they make the process smooth and stress-free, but they also guided us when it came to negotiations in this crazy market. Whether we were buying or selling, they fought tooth and nail to ensure we got the best possible outcome. Their knowledge of the market, especially a highly desired town like Livingston, are unmatched. But what truly sets the Hartnett Home Team apart is their unwavering dedication to their clients. They were there for us every step of the way, answering our countless questions, easing our concerns, and providing invaluable advice. It felt like we had a team of trusted friends guiding us through the entire process. Plus they know everyone in the business, from other agents to recommended network of pros. The Hartnett Home Team is the full package. Thank you Kelly and Con for everything!

Kelly and Con are truly a dream team. From beginning to end, they made the process of selling our home as seamless as possible. Their attention to detail, organization, and approachable yet tenacious personalities were invaluable throughout the process. They were committed and engaged each and every step of the way - through staging, listing, marketing, showings and contracting, we were in the best hands. Theyre incredible at what they do. We had an added layer of complexity working with a relocation company, but Kelly and Con were knowledgable, patient and so helpful through the additional steps. They were so responsive we felt like we were their only clients. It was an absolute pleasure working with this duo!

Kelly did an outstanding job for us!! She helped us purchase our first house. She was very knowledgeable about Livingston, very patient, understood our requirements very well and helped us through the entire process. Highly recommend Kelly!!
