Kathleen was extremely knowledgeable both in the process and market details for our area. She was very pleasant to work with and exceeded expectations every step of the way. She was always readily available to answer questions and propose helpful ideas. She went out of her way to help with managing needed updates, paperwork, and inspections required in conjunction with the sale. Net result was we were able to sell house in reasonable time frame for a price that we were happy with. A five star performer for sure.
