Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach

I was very lucky to have Sean contact me regarding several homes listed on Zillow. He was quick to make contact and set up the few appointments that I was interested in. I made an offer on one home and Sean worked quickly to make sure I was in consideration providing good guidance on offer structure. It is a competitive, buyer's market and I was able to come out on top and close on the home in 3-weeks. I would highly recommend Sean.

Being a "Senior" and never had anything to do with selling a house, I was very apprehensive as to exactly how to start or what to do. After meeting with Mick's team they explained everything that would happen in a simple straight forward way. They created a video and posted pictures in a very professional format. The house was listed and an agreement of sale was signed in just 3 days. Closing followed shortly after and I received the check right away. I would Definitely rate them 5/5 !

Sean LaSalle is the best real estate professional in the world. Period. We got to know Sean when we were looking for a home having moved to New Jersey from Germany. We had never bought a home before in the US and were not familiar with the real estate scene at all. Sean took us by the hand and walked us through every step during the crazy market of 2021-2022. Sean is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Every time we went to a house, we had a aEUR~pre-inspection where Sean, using his vast knowledge of what makes a good house, would explain the strengths and weaknesses of the house. Sean has an incredible intuition concerning the fair price for the house, which allowed us to make competitive offers on excellent properties. For one of the houses, there was some uncertainty concerning an easement on the property. Sean dug up the detailed report of the easement, which indicated a pipeline running across the property. This led to us withdrawing an offer for the house. Without Seans help, we would not have been able to make the right call. Sean truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. It was only with this honest and astute guidance were we able to find a beautiful home for us. We were lucky to have Sean helping us.

Paula was an absolutely pleasure to work with. My wife and I were relocating from out of the area and she took the time to understand what we were looking for and actively did the research to send home listings that fit our budget and preferences. Paula was available day or night for questions and even though she had other clients she made you feel like you were her one priority. When we finally found the home we wanted to buy, her guidance was crucial to making the deal come together. We easily gave Paula a 5 star rating and feel very thankful to have had her as our realtor.

Micks has helped us in selling and purchasing several homes in the Lehigh Valley. His knowledge and years of experience has made for smooth transactions and quick sells at above asking price! We cannot thank Mick and his team enough! Truly the BEST...Highly Recommend!
