I lack the words to recommend Connie strongly enough. She swooped in to help us after we had been using another agent for over three months to find a house without any luck. We were scared and discouraged. She knew the area inside and out, having worked closely with every agent in the area and having friendships with what seemed every person in the neighborhood. She worked late into the night and started her day very early in the morning, always accessible for anything we needed. She is funny, smart, and most of all aEUR" extremely caring. Because of Connie, we now own our dream home . I could not recommend Connie more highly. She has been reassuring and loyal through this process.

I retained Connie Berg in April 2016 to sell our home. I terminated the listing contract more than 5 months later in October of the same year. Connie failed to generate a single offer, through the peak selling season even after I lowered the price below the appraised value.
