Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach

Sam is an expert in her field. The staging of our home was perfect and she sold our house quickly for above asking price. No open houses were even needed for the sale of our home. We were extremely happy with the whole process. She is professional and always communicates quickly. We highly recommend her especially in the Upper Dublin Twp area.

Sam came out the next day when I called her, even though she was pretty busy that week. She told me what to do to clean up my house to get ready for the open house which was that Saturday. Had multiple offers on house on first day - because Sam told me to just declutter my house. House went under in one day. Very easy settlement, Sam was with me the whole time, called me about everything with buyers, other Agents, and anyone or anything that I needed to know she kept in the loop at all times. I would recommend Sam to anyone.

Sam is amazing! Highest recommendation possible. Incredibly thorough and attentive. I cannot imagine anyone knows the local market better. Sam also did an amazing job staging our home to be sold.

Sam had a complete knowledge of the market and neighborhood. Her suggestions as to staging, pricing and timing were spot on. She was always immediately responsive both as to us and to other agents. She has my highest recommendation
